Link to instruction about export of translations

In section "Legacy languages and codes" has link to Translating:Process/en#Getting_things_into_Wikimedia.2C_other_MediaWikis.2C_and_other_products (from phrase "translations need to be exported and enabled by the destination projects").

This target section is unexist in the target page. I couldn't figure out what it needed to be changed to. Ping @Amire80.

It used to be https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Translating:Process&oldid=5242625#Getting_things_into_Wikimedia,_other_MediaWikis,_and_other_products. The See also link there, FAQ#How is the work done on translatewiki.net connected to other wikis?, still works and seems to be useful, so I’d change the target to that.

By the way, why does this talk page still use LQT? Haven’t all non-user talk pages been switched to wikitext/DiscussionTools?
