Dittaeva is the username for Guttorm Flatabø. I started translating software when I translated Becasso in 1999. Becasso has since faded into the shadows of past glorious cool software, now promoted by hard core enthusiasts in the Haiku project, and I am unable to verify if my translation was ever published and used. My first serious software translation engagement was the maintenance of the Norwegian nynorsk translation of MediaWiki.

Currently I am the developer contact for Waymarked Trails, on which I maintain the Norwegian nynorsk and bokmål translations, and then I do the occasional corrections on other software I use or am involved with.
