This message contains exactly " • ". Problems appear in Opera (and I guess at a Web-standard level) because Opera don’t break lines since these spaces are non-breaking spaces, and so the line "other languages" of the Tranlate extension is larger than one screen (or is possibly broken if there are breaking spaces in some language names). So I suggest changing this message with " • " (second space is normal).

Note: translated messages probably have the same problem, and perhaps this should be reversed for RTL languages.
