Hi ऐक्टिवेटेड्. Welcome to translatewiki.net!
You can now start translating.
You should also check the portal for your language, the link is in the sidebar. Other useful pages are linked in the menu next to this message.
Your translations are transferred to the standard product every few days or every few weeks, depending on the product. Please notice that it may take longer before you see your translation in the actual product.
We wish you a productive and pleasant stay. Please leave any questions on Support (the link is also available on any page, in the navigation sidebar). Cheers!

Hi,
Magahi is now available as a user interface language on translatewiki!
You can go to the preferences and select "mag - मगही" in Internationalisation -> Language:. Test it, and see if the translated strings make sense! If they don't, you can easily fix them right here.
You'll notice that many things will appear in Hindi because they are not yet translated into Magahi. As you translate them into Magahi, they will become Magahi. (Things that appear in English are not translated into Hindi either.) If you decide that it's better to show untranslated things in English than in Magahi, let me know as early as possible, before other people get used to it :)
Magahi is available as a user interface language only on translatewiki now, and not on any other wiki site. If all goes well, then according to the deployment schedule you'll be able to use it as a user interface language on the Wikimedia Incubator on Thursday, October 20.
In any case, please continue your valuable localization work. This is only the beginning, and there are many more things to translate. You should also invite your friends who can write in Magahi to do the same.
Thanks for your localization work!
Hey, can you change the language to show untranslated things as English, because with Hindi it becomes difficult for me to check if a page is translated or not. Thanks.
Hi!
Another thing that is needed for configuring the language is namespaces. See the question on this page: incubator:Talk:Wp/mag/मुखपन्ना#Namespaces. Please reply there. Thanks! :)
Hi!
You completed the translation of the Most important MediaWiki messages into Magahi very quickly! Congratulations. This means that soon you'll be able to use MediaWiki sites in this language.
I have some questions about configuring this language. The first is: if a message is not translated into Magahi, should it be shown in Hindi, in Bhojpuri, in English, or in some other language?
Although Magahi is closer to Bhojpuri and Maithili than it is to Hindi, however many Magahi speakers can understand Hindi better. So, it should be Hindi.
