Hello, if you mean the name of the wiki, i.e. the name shown in the title of the page by the browser and by {{SITENAME}}, you must follow this process to request its change: m:Requesting wiki configuration changes.

If you mean the name of the language (shown in the interwikis list, for instance), you most likely need to go via CLDR and I'll show you how if needed.

Nemo, Thank you very much for your answer. I mean, for ex. in these links, Talysh Language's name is written in cyrillic as "толышә зывон" but it should be in Latin as "Tolyši" cause we use Latin script for Talysh language and many talysh people cannot read cyrillic. We also write articles in latin script in wiki incubator.
