Creating pages to translate

Hi there, Is it possible to create new pages to be translated by other users into languages I dont know?

Yes, in theory. To what purpose?

I'm writing lots of public freeware Windows applications and I would need translation of the interface texts and language files... German and English is okay, but other languages, as for example Spannish, Frensh, Russian etc. are problematic. I am spending very much work in MediaWiki and translatewiki (recently), so I wanted to ask other people to help me a bit ;)

Ah, and by the way: Most of them are Open-Source. Not all, but there are defenitely no commercial projects planned (as far as I remember).
