Welcome to Betawiki!

Hi Spiritia. Welcome to Betawiki. Before you can use Special:Translate, and Special:Magic, please request translator rights at Betawiki:Translators. Please create a user page on which you describe which language(s) you will be working on. If you are going to be an active user here, please also add your name to the languages you will be working on at Translating:Languages. For an overview of the languages that are being worked on here, you can have a look at Translating:Developer log. Other useful pages can be Support and Import requests.

Once you have started translating, please remember to often request a commit of your translation work at Translating:Tasks. This makes the number of changes easier to handle for the devs.

I wish you a productive and pleasant stay. Cheers! SPQRobin 19:41, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Nice

Just a little spam message to you and the two other translators on bg that I think you are doing a wonderful job. We rarely see two or even three users working on the same language. Keep up the good work! Cheers! Siebrand 00:06, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Thank you, dear! We actually owe it to DCLXVI‎‎, who inspired us. And it turned out to be really obsessive :-) --Spiritia 00:21, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Babel

This extension has optional male/female form of messages now. Could you please translate them? --EugeneZelenko 14:42, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I will, although I suppose the female forms will be hardly ever used. Our local userboxes are in male-form and so far no one has ever protested or customized them. :-) (Note to me: MediaWiki:Babel-X-n-male/bg‎, X = 1,...,5, MediaWiki:Babel-N-n-female/bg and alike). --Spiritia 07:02, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Edit buttons localization

MediaWiki allow to localize edit buttons now. See my request on Support#Localized edit buttons for be-tarask. --EugeneZelenko 14:59, 4 July 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, we'll discuss it, but personally I am against changing ours. Spiritia 04:51, 5 July 2008 (UTC)

Gender in Babel

Could you please add gender to Bulgarian translation of Babel messages? You could see examples in Belarusian (Tarashkevitsa) or Russian translation. Thank you. --EugeneZelenko 15:09, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Hello, Eugene. Please tell me if there are any more system messages besides those which I translated / edited today. In the meanwhile I found several !!FUZZY!! in Russian, at least MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-reason/ru, MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-abort/ru; can you please fix. Cheers, Spiritia 10:43, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
Thank you! I didn't work too much with GENDER yet. I think Blockipsuccesstext (“$1 has been blocked.
See the block list to review blocks.”) and Contributions-title (“User contributions for $1”) is relevant to Bulgarian. There is list of potential candidates for using GENDER made by Polish translators. --EugeneZelenko 15:35, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
Actually Babel-X-n-male/Babel-X-n-female messages are not longer relevant because of GENDER. --EugeneZelenko 15:51, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, it also occurred to me that it's needless, but I translated anything which already existed in Russian. Better two than none. :o) Of both messages, only Blockipsuccesstext (“$1 has been blocked.
See the block list to review blocks.”) was gender sensitive but I approached it in a different way. I will soon have a closer look in the gender list, thanks for the link. Spiritia 13:53, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Blocklist-tempblocks

За превод ми изглежда по-подходящ варианта - Скриване на временните блокирания --Stanqo 01:18, 17 April 2011 (UTC)

Stanqo01:18, 17 April 2011
