Warning! This user has been learning Cornish for only two weeks and is translating into a version of the language which no one (apart from a few local officials) is using, and which is not resourced (no dictionary etc.) There are two established forms of Cornish, KK used in almost all modern publications, and UC which was the standard up until 20 years ago. All other forms (RLC, UCR, KS, KD, and all the many variations of the SWF) are little more than outlines in many cases. RLC is the best resourced but is unstable and used by only three or four fluent speakers. I am Mongvras on Wikimedia. 82.152.212.127 23:13, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
- I assume you will be joining the ranks of translators really soon to do a better job? Siebrand 23:32, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
- I've already invited him to assist in my translation efforts, but no response so far. I'm translating into the standard written form, his personal opinion of which is less than stellar. He seems to think no Cornish at all is better than a type of Cornish he doesn't like. --Kw-Moon 00:14, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
