LiquidThreads deprecated

LiquidThreads deprecated. We are told to archive them to use DiscussionTools with standard MediaWiki, but the archival by *moving* their threads to another subpage is still not possible, even in their own user talk pages (only a few admins can do that). The same is true for any archiving system based on pure Mediawiki pages (as long as they cannot be renamed like in all Wikimedia wikis).

There's a good point for limiting page moves in this wiki, but not on their user pages and user talk pages (as long as this preserves the base page name and the namespace, moving any content across subpages of the same page base should be free, and as well renaming subpages when needed, letting users and maintainers of other project pages managing their archives conveniently and locally).
