Changes to Tagalog messages

Jojit, I know you mean well, but I would advise that we hold off changing the messages until we have a meaningful dialogue about the direction of the interface messages. I have a pending bugzilla request creating a new interface language for "informal" Tagalog (https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52957), and your changes are better-suited for that new proposed interface than the current one. If you can help with the speedy approval of the request (including getting the community's support for it), that would be wonderful. Thanks and regards from Warsaw! :)

No, I won't hold off. I don't agree with your proposal. We already have an interface message. What is the use of creating another one? It's just redundant and a waste of time and effort. I'm editing the interface now because users and readers generally do not understand the MediaWiki interface. The user-friendliness of the projects will encourage more contributors. There is already a need to change the interface and discussing things will take up our time. Discussions can continue and editing the interface continues.

And by the way, it does not mean that when I used foreign words in my translations, it's informal or Taglish. There are really technical terms that are not translatable.
