Contextless. Mainly meant to trigger contemplation :-) Is this. how we want it to be? If not so, it may be a to-do of the "before I get bored" class, to show the time of the last change of the most recently edited component of a translated page rather than the (normally much older) base page. I believe, users would interpret "latest change" pertaining to the translated text.
Should I file a bug?
