Finding FUZZY messages

I'm wondering if there's a list of all FUZZY messages of one specific language. I'd love to help updating them, but currently can't find any.

Nope, but the Translate extension API module could provide that, if someone would write it.

Getting everything translated - and German is pretty close - will help in getting them identified :)

I know its a bit fiddly but until there is a list of all FUZZY messages you could choose 'Review changes to' in the translation tool and then work your way through the different message groups.

On Special:LanguageStats/de you find the groups with FUZZY message. But you cannot filter for these message in Special:Translate.

But seems at the moment that there is a problem with showing fuzzy messages in the column for obsolete messages. If I have updated messages and then refresh the table for Upper Sorbian, suddenly no percentage for obsolete messages is shown. All messages seem to be up-to-date. But if you open a message group where are fuzzy messages you will see them.

There are some inconsistencies in this area. They are known, but do not get a very high priority in development. By the way, we are direly in need of developers. Either casual developers, or one or more project proposals that could extend the current Translate extension functionality in a Google Summer of Code MediaWiki/Wikimedia project.

But the issues with Language Statistics are not since yesterday only. I would like help as a developer but I do not have the necessary abilities and knowledge. Besides I have enough work to do with translating. You yourself are a translator on translatewiki.net and you ought to know that Language Statistics is an important tool for translators. Please try (you, Nike or another person) to find some time for removing these issues. I would be very grateful for that. Nevertheless, many thanks for your previous good work.

I shall be more available as a developer soon.

Thanks, the LanguageStats are a good thing. I'll look at some FUZZY messages soon, though I can't promise any specific time, as I'm quite busy right now.
