Cannot save translations - only occasionally.

Already tracked and under investigation, as per sitenotice: phabricator:T109183.

Currently, most translations are not saved, when I hit the save button. Going back, I have to edit the previously unsaved translation so as to be able to save it. When the save button is activated by a time consuming an needless null edit, then I hit the save button again and pretty often, my translation is marked unsaved after while again. This is a bit tedious, and I spare my time and try again later, believing in a temporary server overload, or so.
