On this it says
"an Liability account that is credited on overpayments and credited when refunds are made to client."
particularly it says Liability account is credited in both cases. It is confusing whether both cases is meant to be credited or in one case it is debited. If in both cases the account is to be credited, perhaps it maybe wise to restructure the sentence?
