Need to change URL for Lqt

URL needs to be something like this: http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Project:Translator&lqt_method=talkpage_new_thread&lqt_subject_field={{LanguageHeader|Your-ISO-code-here}}&preload=Project:Translator/preload [1]

Got it. Forgot about URL encoding...

So that wasn't the whole story, as it was included from a template.
