Dear admin ! I have translated the 'help us' page in marathi language by mistake and the same is reverted now. I have copied the translated matter in 'sandbox/narsikar' which i will shift lateron to Help us/mr. I , however, beg to be pardoned for the same. pl excuse me.- V.narsikar

By "P1 Improve content of Help us and make translatable page." you mean replacing its content to use MediaWiki-namespace messages? If so, you can do this via {{int:MessageName}}, if that is meant to be done in another way, I don't know which one that would be. Marc-Philipp (MtaÄ) 20:05, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for your input. We have mw:Help:Extension:Translate for that, of course! :)

Making it translatable isn't the issue here. It's identifying maintenance tasks that require entry level or intermediate level knowledge about translatewiki.net, so that those users that want to participate beyond "plain" translation get the opportunity to do so. That's an intermediate task in itself :).
